One team, from FID to return

Most projects hand the forest from consultant to consultant to contractor. We carry it the whole way, so nothing falls between the cracks — or into a burn pile.

Get to FID faster

Whether you need a site or a path through the bush, our AI models compare the options against forest inventory, LiDAR, setbacks, caribou range and timing windows — and put a dollar value on each. Our RPFs review the result and stamp what the regulator requires, so your forestry package is ready when your investment decision is.

Site selectionWell pads, facilities, mine sites, camps and laydown yards — candidate footprints scored on timber, constraints and access distance.
Path optimizationPipelines, power lines, roads and seismic — alignments compared segment by segment.
  • Every option priced: timber charges, stumpage, volume lost
  • Constraint and timing-window mapping for every site and segment
  • Regulator-ready packages for the AER, BC Energy Regulator and CER
  • RPF-signed cruise, appraisal and timber damage assessments

Registered Professional Foresters, in-house

Not a subcontract. Our RPFs plan the work, make the clearing calls with you, and sign off the reforestation — one line of professional accountability from the first map to the final certificate.

Plan & approveCruise design, appraisal, timber damage and fire-hazard assessments, sealed for the regulator.
Clear & disposeDecide what's milled, chipped, given or burned — and keep salvage and disposal inside the rules.
Reforest & certifyReforestation plans, monitoring and the sign-off that gets the land back to the Crown.
02 · Clearing

Every stem has a destination

Before the first tree comes down, our RPFs agree with you and your construction contractor what will be milled, reused, given to communities — or, only as a last resort, burned. We broker merchantable timber to mills and track every load from the deck to the scale ticket.

MillSawlogs and pulpwood brokered to regional mills.
ReuseChips, mulch and biomass — on site for erosion control or sold.
CommunityFirewood decked for local First Nations and communities.
DisposePile and burn as a last resort, under fire-hazard rules.
